Champions Choice Camp was started over 20 years ago and is still led by the judge, breeder and agricultural educator that started it, Tracy Dendinger. She has devoted her life to helping our agricultural youth become some of the most stand-out individuals across the country. From the lambing barn to the show ring, and the awards stage, she has guided many lambs, teams and individuals to the top across the nation. From the 5 year old beginner to the 18 year old pros, she has techniques, advice, strategies and skills that they can and will all use in and out of the show ring.
Emily Overs is no stranger to the sheep industry nor to CCC! Attending her first Champions Choice Camp at 9 years old she continued to show competitively across the State of Ohio during her 4-H years. Emily now enjoys being camp staff for both CCC and Shroyer Show Stock, as well as a showmanship coach for local 4-H and FFA members.
In addition to serving as camp staff and a lead instructor, Emily also serves as CCC's Social Media Coordinator. She works diligently to post events, reminders and winners to our social media sites. In addition to postings, she also oversees the Showmanship Derby submissions, tabulations and updates. Currently, Emily recruits Animal Science and Equestrian students for the University of Findlay, after teaching High School Ag for 7 years.

From attending her first lamb camp in 1999 with Tracy as one of the lead instructors, our Camp Manager, Keri Hodson has worked her way to this position. Growing up, she successfully showed livestock across the country in multiple specie areas (Lambs, Goats, Pigs, Beef and Dairy Cattle). She started working with Tracy at camps while in high school and has helped make Champions Choice Camps what it is today, she has handled all things from registration, booking locations and beyond to leading camps as well.
